What you'll love and hate
Amazing location near the metro for easy exploration! Comfortable beds and soundproof rooms guaranteed a restful night.
The rooftop pool was disappointingly cold, and breakfast lacked variety, limiting choices for morning meals.

Liked having complimentary and rich breakfast.
The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, they showed us what great service is supposed to be like. The breakfast food including fresh bread, pastries, eggs, and bacon was amazing.

The hotel met expectation, it was a real good stay for travellers catching ferries from the nearby port. The location was easy close to transport and the staff here was friendly efficient. There was cafe Coffee Lab, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

Perfect location for ferry access, and the rooftop pool was a great spot to relax with fine views. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, but the air conditioning could've worked better. A solid choice for a stay in Piraeus.

New hotel, with spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. the hotel is at a walking distance from the Piraues port.
Breakfast is served starting at 7:00. This is a little too late for those who have to catch the 7:30 ferries for the islands. The staff provided us with sandwiches, but we would have preferred to have time for the buffet breakfast at the hotel. I would suggest to start serving breakfast at 6:30, at least during the holidays season.

The comfortable bed and the updated accomodations. The decor and the complimentary breakfast.

This hotel tries to masquerade as a 5-star, but honestly, it smells like 3-star regret. The restaurant's food made me reminisce about basic Army chow, and that filthy shower was a health hazard. I expected some kind of special treatment for my troubles, but all I got was mediocrity. Almost thought about praising them, but I just couldn't.

The room was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
No Wifi in the rooms (only cable), ie there is no internet-access with a mobile phone. There is Wifi in the lobby (not free of charge). There was noise from the air-condition in neighboring rooms.

The staff were excellent and friendly and most helpful. They had excellent command of English which was greatly appreciated as my own knowledge of Greek is almost none. I was made to feel welcome.
The room and hotel require much more regular attention to maintenance. My bathroom shower doors were not set on correctly and leaked water onto the floor - more than the shower mat could absorb, hence I used an extra towel each day - this contributed to unnecessary laundering in my opinion. With the main room, I noticed that the wall paper was not applied well, and that repairs had been made with tape. This gave a poor visual impression that is mindful of lower-class hotels. This lack of attention to detail would discomfort many travellers and I recommend that these kinds of items be repaired quickly and correctly, lest the wrong impression be created about the hotel.

I ate at a GREAT restaurant for dinner and breakfast. A functioning air-conditioning and free wireless internet access were provided. The location in a new area was good and absolutely perfect and there were stores and a bakery nearby.

It is new and very nicely furnished
Hotel feels understaffed. With the 5 stars on the door you would at least expect a bell boy waiting for you and helping with the luggage.... Breakfast is nicely served, but you wait ages for the warm trays to be refilled, staff problems again

Our experience was that we had a very late arrival. When we arrived a very friendly check-in staff greeted us as if we were friends. Check-in was very fast. We needed to eat but the restaurant was due to close, however they kindly agreed to accommodate us for a meal and wine which was lovely. Hotel reception were very helpful with helping us locate the ferry port and timings the next morning. The room was very comfortable. On checkout, we were to early for breakfast but they had made us sandwiches for the ferry, without us asking! Top service all around and very good rate. Also, location is very near the ferry port, just five minutes walk.
Nothing, a great stay!
